About Scott Vallery

Author & Inventor of EZ KEY®

A native Ohioan, Scott has been playing guitar, writing and performing music for nearly 25 years; and has been teaching guitar, bass guitar and music theory for over 15 years. He has performed with many bands over the years. Through this experience he gained knowledge first-hand from professional musicians and studio players in the Nashville area. Scott has performed and written music in a variety of styles, including rock, blues, jazz and country.

Scott acquired his musical knowledge and skill from friends, colleagues and other musical experiences. With this knowledge he realized what aspiring musicians needed in order to create greater opportunities for their career success. Scott invented EZ KEY® to help students quickly learn basic music theory, learn how chords, keys and scales work together and how they can be used creatively and effectively.
